Update of amount left on my telstra pre paid account?

My samsung galaxy A 50 phone connected to Telstra $70 for 365 day pre paid plan does not show me how much I have left in the account. Thank-you David

Crowd Support is not Telstra  customer service .

We are customers like you.

For customer service,  please use the My Telstra app and go to Get Help and click on the blue message icon in the bottom right corner and write  " I want to speak to a human. "

Hi @Thomas707-9,

 

You can try using the #100# method on your mobile phone to get the balance of your Pre-Paid mobile service. 

 

Dial #100#, press call or send,

Up the top of the screen it should then show you the $ credit remaining balance and expiry date. 

If your on the original Pre-Paid Long Life plan that gives you included free minutes to Telstra numbers with a $70 recharge you can then type 2 (for Balance Details) on the line and press "Send". 

This will show you how many minutes you have left to use.

 

I suggest only using the My Telstra App by connecting your mobile to your home internet (if you have it) via Wi-Fi because if you turn your mobile phone's Data on it will use a lot of your $ credit's.
