What is wrong Auto Recharge set up for a prepaid mobile?

Keep getting error message: Set up auto recharge - An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. Chat 24x7 couldn't fix some known issue with my account and "data alignment", Complaint and escalation has gone no where-you don,t even get called when they make an appointment and you wait for them to call you. This was all happening before COVID 19 blossomed.
