I have recently submitted an activation for. New phone for my daughter yesterday and it is still not activated please assist me

Hello 

Telstra Crowd Support is not a customer service channel for Telstra. We are mainly customers like you.

No one here has account access.

You'll need to use the My Telstra app and go to Get Help and click on the blue message icon in the bottom right corner and write I want to speak to a human.

This is how  Telstra provide customer service now 

"BEING NICE TO OTHERS .. IS NICE"

50 + years exp. in radio comms., eg mobile phones since 1963, two-way radios, base stations, antennas & pagers. Expert in current Telstra Go repeaters & smart antennas.
