Telstra is advising it won't send MMS - it used to - it won't work on Samsung s9 or Apple 11 - does anyone know how to fix this or do I have to contact Telstra

Hi. I havent been on a plan for 2 yrs and pay by month. Is my phone still locked into telstra?

I pre ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. The highest memory offered was 256GB. I thought we were getting the 512GB variety?  I checked Optus and they offer 512GB. Why hasn't Telstra offered this version?Cheesed off after ordering to find this out. 

Any idea when Telstra plan on releasing android 11 for the note 20 ultra. every other carrier has released it already and i dont want to flash it but telstra is so slow with updates
