changing from optus to woolworths

I have just bought my daughter a 365day woolworths access. and when i put the simcard in it asks for a network unlock code

 

I know this is a telstra page but so if woolworths access aty the moment I just need basic answers to try to see were I go from here.

As you mention you changed from Optus, it seems the phone is locked to Optus, and you'll need to speak to them if and how much to unlock the phone.
