I brought a Telstra S9 plan in May 2018. I wanted to confirm if my minimum stay on the plan is completed or not. If so, I could like to close my account.

I do not think it works this way...

  1. this is a crowd support, so no one here has access to your account
  2. Telstra contracts are usually 12 or 24 months so I don't think your contract ended
  3. it is your responsibility to contact Telstra should you wish to end your contract, not the other way round...
