hi, ive been trying to contact credit management now for 18 mnths could someone from telstra please inform me how i can speak to someone instead of the useless frustratinging effing robots . every number i call ends in this promotion has ended goodbye FFS!!

Call 1800 816 025 (I just tried it and it's working), or 132200 and say "Credit Management" at the prompt.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Caller tones were phased out in December 2020. They are no longer available.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
