Didnt receive my galaxy buds pro with my new phone

pre ordered an s21 ultra with the bonus ear buds.. however, i never received the ear buds today with the phone? who do i contact?

Try going to the Samsung Members app on your phone and then click on "Benefits".

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

The last phone I got off Samsung with that deal they did not automatically come with the phone you had to go to Samsung redeem page and fill it out with your receipt number

That had to happen with all telcos doing that deal
