Enable doesn't work in My Telstra Device Locator

The Enable button is greyed out when I try to set up Device Locator on my Samsung Galaxy A8 2018 phone.

Telstra chat have recorded my issues in case number 16166741 but were unable to help.

I have uninstalled and re-installed the My Telstra app; I have reset my phone's networks; I have updated the Google Maps app on my phone; I have followed the instructions to activate Device Locator listed here: https://www.telstra.com.au/mytelstra/device-locator.  I get past the 1st two screen pictures in the instructions, but on the 3rd, the Enable button is greyed out; I can't enable Device Locator.  What else do I need to do please?

Hey @TimeIsPrecious, have you tried setting up the Device Locator on another device? Does it give you the same issues?

Yes, and no issues at all:  2 weeks ago I bought a cheap new Telstra phone (ZTE Blade A3 2019) and set up Device Locator on it.  I followed the same instructions here: https://www.telstra.com.au/mytelstra/device-locator.  It was easy to set-up and Device Locator is working fine on that phone.  But on my Samsung, I can't get past the "Enable" button.
