Galaxy S5 mini update past 4.4.2?

I realize this is an old model my wife has, but is there an update past 4.4.2?

She says the version has always been 4.4.2 since purchase even though she has automatic updates turned on.

Phone model number is GT-19195T and when checking for updates the response says the latest update have already been installed.

We're trying to update it for the CV-19 app.

I've since read that the phone model doesn't have some technical features that later firmware utilizes and also that the app requires.
