Galaxy Watch and Note 9 SMS issue

Whenever I have an unread sms (note 9) from messagebank, I receive an alert on my watch approximately every 30 minutes until I've read the sms.
Only happens with SMS for messagebank. Have already tried to reset both devices. It sucks because I hate messagebank enough already without havig to be constantly reminded..

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Galaxy Watch and Note 9 SMS issue

Hi Frulmarc,

Thanks for getting in touch. Strange to hear this only occurs with notifications from messagebank.

I would advise speaking with our Mobile Assurance Team on 125 111 for further assistance.
