how to access message bank on my mobile phone
I try dialing 101 but the message comes back, "the person you are calling is not available, .. can't take a message..." How do I setup or access message bank?

It is a possibility that message bank is ‘turned on’ for your mobile service.
If you head to a Telstra Store or call them on 13 22 00 they should be able to enable this for you.
If it is switched on sometimes if they remove it and add it back it can fix these sort of issues too.
