I Purchased $40recharge today, . 20G data. Telstra dishonered and revoked my credit i paid for๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

I'm not surprised. This has happened before many times. Lodged numerous complaints. Complaints management has rang me back once and left a message.. only 1 time i could not come to the phone. I have rang Telstra so many times, too man y to count. The same problem. I emailed complaints consultant I  response to best time contact availability. I replied to her e mails" Anytime." But i haven't theard from her. What's new. I'm use to their POOR SERVICE
