network unlock key

Answered

for context,

i brought a new Telstra pre-paid Samsung Galaxy A20 as an upgrade from my iphone 5s and while I'm using a belong sim i thought because its one the Telstra network it would be fine. after getting the phone i found this was not the case. I'm fine with paying the $80 unlock fee but for what ever reason i cant handle phone calls so i have no way to actually get the unlock code.

so tl;dr. is there a way for me to get a network unlock key without calling somebody?

@Videogamer My only suggestion would be to go to a Telstra Store and ask them to do it. As of yet, Telstra do not offer an automated system to do that. Be nice if they did though :-)

Other than that, get a family member or friend to ring up while they are with you?

The unlock fee is up to $80 as it depends on how long you have had the phone with Telstra.
