No Network Connection after going through setup with Tech Support

I went through the whole setup process...but suddenly my phone cannot connect to the Telstra Network...but i can use wifi...whats going on and how do I fix this...

What model phone are you talking about and what are the icons at the top of the screen saying about your connection?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Its ok i got it now...

 

Teslstra assistance helped me to set up on the old sim in the new phone...it then cancelled out 48 hours later and switched to the new sim ...
