Paying my Elderly mother's account

Hi there,

I was wondering how I can access my elderly mother's mobile account online. She doesn't use a computer and I do all her accounts for her. I have Power of Attorney to access all her other accounts but this is the last one to be changed. It would make it so much easier if I could have the account sent to me online. She suffers with Parkinson's Disease and is losing the ability to remember where she puts things. I would appreciate anyone's help about this please.

You would need to be added to her account as an authorised contact. To do this, you will need to take the Power of Attorney documents to your nearest Telstra Store and they can add you.


You will then be able to get them to add your email address to her account as the billing address and also help get her account linked to your Telstra ID.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
