Hey,  first post here.  


Just looking at moving to Telstra on a sim only 5g plan. I have two questions,  firstly,  when I got to the point of needing an sms code,  the site would not key me input the code,  only the first digit,  I tried 2 different browsers,  and the desktop version as well. 


The second question is,  if I choose to port my number, when does that happen? Its asking for it at the point of sale,  but I'm concerned it's then going to cut my current service off before I receive the new sim in the mail.
