S7 edge nougat
This update was released early March and I haven't received anything? I've tried forced updates through the phone and it comes up with nothing.
Rechecked and now there's even another update coming shortly. What do I need to do?

If it is a telstra supplied device you should have it by now. If trying to force a manual update fails downliad grom www.sammobile.com and install from your pc with odin
I am not a Telstra employee, so all opinions are my own, I have been around Telstra products a long time and have a reasonably strong general tech knowledge. .

I'm really not confident or comfortable to do that process. I did buy this through telstra. Is there an easier, more safe way?
