Samsung S21 Ultra - ear bud redemption

Hi all, this is my first post. I purchased a Samsung S21 Ultra on Monday and the Telstra team advised to click on the link on their website and claim the earbuds from Tuesday morning. I have now attempted this on several devices and I get as far as logging into my Samsung account and then receive the error message: The promotion that you access either has not started yet or finished. Please refer to Samsung Promotion Page. I can't find the earbuds on the promotion page of the Samsung website. Is anyone else having these issues, or can someone please advise how I get past this to be able to claim?

I had the same problem and went back to the store. They contacted the rep. They sent through the following link which seems to have worked. - https://samsung-redemption.com/customer/#/sasso/AU-gwp-174

 

Good luck- but if no luck then I recommend go back to the store you purchased from.

It would appear that Samsung hasn't activated the offer redemption in their system yet.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Has anybody redeemed this offer yet I have been trying for last couple of days still can't get anywhere with claiming offer.

Thanks everyone, I have received my ear buds. I used the link on the Telstra page and it worked OK.
