Telstra app not working

I have been on Telstra 24 x 7 app and My Telstra for years. Many times in the last week I have tried to pay my bill. Every time I go on my Telstra app. The app says could receive my data. Everyone I tap on view my bill it says sorry something went wrong. There is data field to create an account or login. Phone reception is good. Not sure what to do. Can someone help.
