Telstra has set incorrect tracking number
Pre ordered phone with order number attached on my confirmation thought nothing of it. I check the status and i was in progress for 3-4 weeks until it had changed to being completed.
Due to not be in the office at the time and the tracking nunber still not working i was unable to get a feel where it was. My boss called saying there was a parcel at the office say someone had something from startrack that he couldn't sign for which i knew.
I have tried the number it pulls up my order and takes me to the startrack sight saying its incorrect. I cannot get into contact with anyone at telstra.
Assuming it went to the nearest post they said i cant pick it up since i dont know the tracking number so im stuck with know way to contact telstra to confirm a number.
