The link for live chat is but Live Chat isn't working a lot of the time.


The problem is going to be that the system automatically cancels Prepaid services 6 months after the last recharge expires. I am not sure that there is actually a way around it.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
