Telstra Messaging Samsung S20 Ultra
I had this service per date on my Samsung S20 Ultra Telstra post paid plan.
I have recontracted another 12mths same device, same number but its not working now.
I have spent last 3 days chatting online on 24/7 app with n value. I have developed CTS using phone to type response and getting nowhere.
There is no response from Telstra Twitter and no number where I can call and speak to a person.
Online support with 26th CS rep being handballed from one to another each coming up with great dimwit questions, responses and solutions.
I am so frustrated, why does telstra not provide a telephone support, what if its someone not tech savvy, just pure greed of cost cutting and no value to customers but to greedy shareholders - very wrong Telstra
