Vodaphone

I have a problem with people on the Vodaphone network being unable to ring or text me, it's never bothered me before but because I need to be contacted for work I think it's about time I fixed the problem. Can anyone help?

Sorry to read about the frustrations you've experienced. Could you please confirm the Model of the Handset you're currently using? Have you attempted to use the SIM card in another handset?
