We recently sent you a notice to inform you we are making changes to our plans.
We will be updating your mobile service to our new Small Business Mobile Plan or Medium Business Mobile Plan from 9 June 2021. You’ll receive more data and all calls to standard Australian numbers are included.

All inclusions for use in Australia. Once you exceed your included data allowance, your speed will be capped at 1.5Mbps; and slowed further in busy periods.
Why have we made these changes?
We created these new plans to better meet the current and future needs of our customers. As part of our commitment to simplify our products and plan offerings, we’re moving all customers to our latest mobile plans.
I do not want to move to the Small or Medium Business Mobile Plan
Our plans are month to month, so you can change to another plan or cancel your existing plan at any time without cancellation fees. Visit the online store to see details of other plans.
If you cancel your plan but are still paying off a mobile handset, you’ll need to pay out any remaining handset charges. This also applies to repayments on any accessories that are attached to your plan.
How does this change affect my service?
Your monthly plan charge will change, and you’ll get the new data allowance outlined in your notification.
No, the Small Business Mobile Plan does not include 5G access. Our Medium Business Mobile Plan ($65/mth, 80GB) or higher, provides 5G network access on a compatible device in selected areas. Outside of 5G areas you’ll switch to 3G/4G.
I changed plans recently and already have one of Telstra’s new plans.

How do I know what plan I’m on?
Just check your most recent Telstra bill. The name of the plan is listed against each service.
When will the plan change happen?
We will begin automatically updating plan changes from 9 June 2021.
