Like most providers, we need to do this from time to time so we continue to meet the needs of every one of our customers.
What’s changing from 13 October? Here are some of the features that won’t be available on your current mobile plan from 13 October 2020. These changes will be automatic, so you don’t need to do a thing:
You won’t be able to use your service overseas or purchase new data packs to use overseas. We plan to re-launch a new international roaming feature in mid-2021.
Your Pre-Paid service will no longer be able to access our Telstra Air Wi-Fi spots from 1 January.
