I received a text message from a Telstra Payphone. It said the Payphone number was 0249523565. Can I find out the location of that payphone?

It's 104 LAMBTON RD OS MCDONALDS, BROADMEADOW

Judging by the Area code (02 4952) it would most likely be in Newcastle. Other than that, nobody at Crowdsupport has access to Payphone numbers.
