Thanks to Marty
For those who follow my 'usual' posts I am not usually overly positive about Telstra but today I was on Live Chat with Marty and helped me change my prepaid to a post-paid with an extra data pack all online via chat with no hassles at all.
I even lost connection to live chat, had to re-wait in queue and what are the odds I get Marty again
He was very accommodating, especially with my usual 100 questions . In the end I'm a happy customer and a big thanks to Marty from Sales Live Chat
