I realised Telstra has no entertainment deals for Playstation consoles only Xbox? Is there a reason for this? Thanks

I recently finished my 3 month trial with Hayu and wanted to continue my subscription but telstra keeps canceling it, i have tried to resubscribe but have no luck and when i go to Hayu they wont allow me to pay by Telstra bill and require CC.

I have an offer in myTelstra for $10off kayo for 12 months and when I go to redeem it takes me to https://hub.telstra.com.au but when I try to log in the screen just cycles and asks me to log in again.
