Binge Forgotton Password

I have forgotten my password to Binge, which was created through the Telstra link activating the free 3 month period.  By default, Telstra/Binge used my Telstra login email @bigpond.com at sign up which is a dead email.  So when I try the forgotten password method it sends an email to nowhere...

I tried accessing the Telstra Mail in my account page on the Phone app and Website, but can't access it, as it does not exist.

How can I change the password to continue using binge for the remaining 2.5 months of the free trial??

You would need to contact Binge/Streamotion Customer support at https://help.binge.com.au/s/

The login details are part of their system, not Telstra's.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
