@TL53 From what I just read on the Fetch Website. It's ok if its a Retail version.

Subscription through a partner ISP:

Fetch works on broadband services provided by our partner Internet Service Providers (ISPs). If you want to access Fetch you need to select a broadband supplier that offers Fetch. We recommend that you visit the ISP’s website and do a check to confirm serviceability before changing suppliers. You should also check the terms and conditions of your Fetch TV agreement.

Purchased Fetch through Harvey Norman:

If you purchased Fetch at one of our retailers and have the retail version of Fetch, changing broadband suppliers will not impact on your existing subscription. You just need to be aware that all data is metered, and need a minimum broadband width of 3mbps+.
