Foxtel Now From Telstra

I have Foxtel from Telstra using cable with an IQ2 box. Just bought a smart TV which includes the Foxtel app, so I signed up to Foxtel Now from Telstra's free 1 month offer so I can start streaming content from the internet and eventually ditch the cable/set top box connection. However when I log into the app I get a message saying I need to subscribe to Multiscreen. But both the app and the IQbox are using the same TV screen in the same room. How can I get Foxtel Now to work?
