Kayo Diiscount Offer

I have a Telstra account with Foxtel as my only service. Why can't I sign up to the Kayo offer ?

Hey @7PD have a look at the eligibility criteria and see whether you are eligible... https://www.telstra.com.au/tv-movies-music/kayo-live-pass-offer  

 

Kayo Basic $5/mth for 12 mth AFL and NRL Live Pass offer: Offer available to eligible AFL or NRL Telstra Live Pass customers. Redeem by 31 May 2021. To be eligible, customers must have redeemed a Telstra AFL or NRL Live Pass service prior to 22 Dec 2020 and maintain that active Telstra service used to redeem it. Must sign up through http://hub.telstra.com.au/kayo. Kayo Basic monthly fees (currently $25/mth) apply after offer period unless you change or cancel. One redemption per eligible service. If you cancel, you cannot restart the offer. Not available in conjunction with any other Kayo offers. Not compatible with third party billing platforms. Telstra billing not available for existing Kayo subscribers on another payment method.​

How do I get $5 kayo offer ? When i click to go into Telstra Hub only gives option to sign up to $ 15 P/M ?

Same problem. I've been offered the $5 a month deal by email but there is no way to accept it. When I follow the link it keeps bouncing around on the Kayo offer site but never gives me the option to sign up for it. Can't get past first base. So frustrating. Weeks of trying and the NRL season kicks off in 30 minutes! What is the solution????

Same problem here was offered the $5 deal last week for KAYO and states that it will finish on the 30 May 2021 but when try to setup only gives the $15 deal You would think someone from Telstra would have advised by now on what the story is. Very poor of them. Problem is not solved

Got the pin to take up the five dollar kayo offer, but cant get past the demand to 'acknowledge and consent' to the deal....there appears to be no way past this because submit the pin number doesnt do it....

I am also having same issues. I get code to input but won't let me past this point.

Very poor Telstra.

I’ve followed Telstra’s advice and cannot sign up for it. I keep getting error messages. I don’t even want the discount. When I call Telstra, there’s no option for this at all and when you get connected to some department it’s always there’s a long wait time message, which never answers. I’m totally fed up.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
