KAYO Discount Offer

Hi,

 

Yesterday 3/2/2021 i signed up for the Kayo Basic $5/mth on my iphone and was re-directed to safari browser on my phone and made a email and password on the Kayo portal. I managed to set my preferred channels and preferences. Now today 4/4/2021 i cannot log into the kayo app or website. Error message says "wrong email or password". When I click on forgot password and enter the email address, I receive no email to reset.

 

I am subscribed to the offer because when I follow links to try and access the offer again, it's says that I subscribed on 3/2/2021. But i cannot log in and I cannot find any details about what email address it has on file in order to reset my password.
