Re: Cancel iq2 remote order
Hi I ordered a remote last night and was needing to cancel it please.
No one here on Crowd Support has access to customer accounts.
If you want to chase it up you can via the My Telstra app, use the "Get Help" icon at the bottom of the screen and leave a message. That will go in a queue and be answered as soon as they can.
Footnote: I don't work for Telstra, I just try to help out fellow Telstra customers.
