Limited access to Bigpond products

Why is is that I cannot register my T Box and none of the bigpond products are availabe since I upgraded my plan to Home Wireless Broadband 25GB - $105.

The message I receive You'ce successfully connected to the internet however your connection is not through a Telstra home broadband service.  It shouldn't matter if it's wireless or hard wired? My previous plan and wireless connection was fine.

If I recall wireless broadband was not an eligible service for the T-Box, but I could be wrong on that.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
