Yesterday we purchased a movie on t-box, although it has downloaded it will not play. When you hit play screen goes black for a minute and then back to the play page. I have done a reset and now lost everything, bought the movie again and the same thing has happened. Any suggestions?
In this case it'd be best to chat with out T-Box Technical Support team, so that they can run though some troubleshooting with you, and if the troubleshooting fails to fix the problem they can also look at rebates for the movie too.
