TBox not recognising registration

TBox registration has been completed via BIGPOND account however when completing TBox set up it is saying that TBox registration cannot be completed. How can this be corrected?

If you can't get the box to register, despite following the instructions and trying a power cycle then there is a specialist team available on 1300 136 841 who can check to make sure there aren't any gremlins causing any issues.

I have seen this happen with 2nd hand boxes that haven't been de-registered by the previous owners prior to sale.
