tbox remote not working

hi our tbox remote stopped working a few weeks ago.  We have tried replacing the batteries twice to no avail.  We have been using the tbox app on our iPad as a replacement remote, however, this is not always the best solution. 

Can I please order a new remote control?  Thank you :-)

Hi Canderson,

Your best bet is to give T-Box support a call. Dial 132200 and say T-Box. They should be able to sort out a replacement for you.

The Logitech Harmony 650 Remote works really well. We lost our remote and replaced it with the logitech. Best decision ever. $69 at officeworks. Bonus, it also controls on all your other devices.

I looked at the harmony 650, but could not locate an equivalen BACK button like on the TBox remote.

How do you manage it ?
