tbox upgrade

we have just had the software update on our tbox which changes movies from downloads to streaming. now it doesn't work, we cannot access movies anymore.....how do we fix this problem?

Hi Renfield,

 

Sorry to hear of your issues with the T-Box since the most recent upgrade. 

 

You would need to speak with our 24x7 T-Box team by calling 132200 and saying T-Box and then Faults after the prompt
