telstra tv t hub is not responding to switching to live tv

My Telstra t hub is not working properly., it is not switching to "live tv" when requested the "live tv" screen is continuously loading without connectin even after 15 minutes. All other functions on the t hub are working normally. It appears that there is problem with the t hub which in this case should be replaced

Hi Karel,

 

Sorry for the delayed response. It sound like you're referring to your Telstra TV box rather than the T-Hub which are two different devices. Have you been able to get assistance with this?
