XBox One S Ultimate Game pass

Hi, I apologise in advance if this has been asnewered - I can't see the answer. I can't get through to anyone at Telstra or Microsoft who can help me - they both refer me to the other. Hoping you guys might be able to help me. I bought an XBox One S in November for my son - includes Ultimate Game Pass subscription. Was told that I needed to run down the 6 months I already had paid for which was fine. That has now happened. I can't find coupon card in the box with the Coupon I need to put into Microsoft's system. How do I retrieve this code so I can reinstate my access. I don't want to pay for another subscription when I'm already paying for it through my Telstra payment plan. Any help would be appreciated, Albyd1,
