11 weeks still no iPad

I ordered an iPad through Telstra rewards used some points the rest paying off monthly on 7/5/20 it’s now 23/7/20 and still not here multiple excuses. They are taking my repayments out which is annoying me

further.

first Excuse was no stock then it was order showing as complete but no record of it being picked up for delivery then last week it was that the iPad has been sitting at the warehouse since 22/6/20 waiting for toll to pick it up One excuse it was due to their hacking incident -

My sister in law runs our local toll depot and said they are just blaming toll they sorted that issues weeks and weeks ago and parcels are flowing as normal
