Ipad Pro order

I ordered an Apple Ipad Pro on 6/06/2020, I have not received it yet and when I check on tracking it says in progress.  There is also a notification that says that order tracking does not support tracking this item.  When I call I cannot get to speak to anyone as my query is about an order.

You need to send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen). If Codi tries to send you elsewhere, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat to a human.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
