Issues setting up bigpond email on ipad

Hi,

Trying to set up email new email account on my ipad.  the details are correct, have tried on the PC many times and with everytime I enter the details into my ipad it says the details are incorrect?

Can someone please help?

Is your email migrated to the newer outlook.com platform? or still on MyConnect? You can check here: http://bigpond.com/email-status. Let me know what platform you're on and we'll see if we can get this working Smiley Happy
