Landline not working want to forward to mobile.NBN setup 1/2 completed
Our NBN connection is still to be completed. The ADSL has not been disconnected and pending. Our land line has not been working since June 15th when the tech.guy set it up.
We don't have the option in our Manage Account to engage Call Forward.
I am going around the bend trying to get to talk and message talk to someone that can help me do this. I was told two weeks ago that my request had been passed on and I would be contacted in two days. Still waiting.
And paying for a service we are not receiving!!
Does anyone have an idea of where to go or who to contact without getting put on hold or be sent an app to my phone.
Not even my local Telstra store said they could help as they were only dealing with, (i can't remember what).
Any help or sympathy greatly appreciated.
