LTE on my Galaxy Book 12 has stopped connecting

I hadn't switched on my (telstra) Galaxy Book 12 in a couple months but now when i use it, my built in Telstra LTE does not connect.


The two errors/warnings i get are:

"Can't connect to this network. Add an Internet APN and make sure you have an active data plan." - this error i get from the networks component of the system tray


when i troubleshoot the network connection i get the following: "The mobile broadband device or SIM is locked".


LTE was working on the tablet a couple months ago, but no longer.


Any advice?

I can appreciate your concerns with the Notebook not connecting to the built-in SIM and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused Smiley Sad The best contact to have this addressed further is with our Mobile Faults team to ensure we have everything right on the account side. They can be reached on 132200 (24/7) and saying 'Mobile Faults' when prompted.
