My app says it has encountered an error when I try to submit a complaint.

Can't speak to anyone and can't lodge a complaint. Yet I'm charged $90 for late fees when they are not supposed to. Get your **bleep** sorted out please Telstra!

Have you tried lodging the complaint via https://telstra.com/complaints ?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Late payment fees are $15 (Inc GST) for $70 or more from my last recollection.

 

Not sure how you are charged $90?

Footnote: I dont work for Telstra, I just try to help out fellow Telstra customers.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
