Re: My plan ends in august ...do i have to cancel then or is it automatic

Without knowing precisely what your plan is, I think you will find the most likely situation is your plan will automatically switch to month-by-month. That is, you will continue being billed and will continue having a service, but will no longer be under a fixed-term contract. You can cancel it at any time without penalty when it is no longer under contract, or you could sign up for a newer plan that might have better pricing.

I will find a way or make one.

All Telstra plans automatically continue on a month to month basis once the initial contract term ends.

If you want to cancel your service, then you need to ask Telstra to cancel it.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
