Not Receiving Emails via my Ipad

Since yesterday, I have been unable to receive any email from the Telstra Server.  IMAP.Telstra.com not responding cannot get mail. Checking settings all appear to be correct.  Can you help me rectify the problem please. Okay at present, just our IPads are not receiving emails.
